The cost of delivery in Kyiv for orders over 3000 UAH is free, the cost of delivery to the suburbs is 300-650 UAH depending on the distance. The delivery radius outside Kyiv is 20 km.

You can pick up the goods at a Nova Poshta branch. Please note that branches have restrictions on the weight of parcels, so we can only send large orders to cargo branches. The delivery cost will be calculated when placing your order. For orders over 5000 UAH, delivery to the transport company's warehouse is free.

We can send the goods to your home or office using Nova Poshta address delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated when you place your order.
Upon delivery, you will receive all necessary purchase documents: a sales receipt and warranty obligations. The price indicated in the documents handed to you by the courier is final; the courier is not authorized to adjust the price.
The cost of delivery or additional services will be highlighted in a separate section in the purchase documents.

When receiving the ordered product, check the completeness, functionality, and compliance of the delivered item with the description on our website. Additionally, inspect the product for any mechanical damage. If you do not raise claims about mechanical damage at the time of delivery, such claims will not be considered later.

When picking up children's furniture from the shipping company, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the boxes are dented or torn, you must open the packaging in the presence of the shipping company's representative and check the integrity of the parts and the completeness according to the instructions.
In case of any discrepancies:

- Take photos of the entire product, including any damage, and a copy of the claim documents. If possible, send the photos via Viber to 099 000 20 46.
- File a claim at the shipping company's office, which is obligated to compensate for the damage. In the cargo insurance declaration, we indicate the full cost of the product.
