When placing an order on the website, you will be asked to choose a payment method. In the "Payment" step, you need to select "Online". After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the page of the bank's secure payment system, where you will need to confirm the payment.
You can make an online payment using the Liqpay payment tool. No payment fees are charged.

When delivered by courier, you can pay for the order to the courier. The courier delivers the order, you inspect it, check for completeness and absence of damage, and make the payment. The courier gives you a warranty card and a sales receipt.

You can use the option to pay for the goods in installments or on credit by selecting the bank and the number of payments. The terms of credit / payment in installments are on the "Credit / payment in installments" page.

We have the option to send goods cash on delivery via Nova Poshta without prepayment. The cost of cash on delivery via Nova Poshta in 2024 is 2% of the cost of the goods + an additional 20 UAH.
When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment processing (including entering the card number) is done on a secure page of a processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) is not transmitted to the online store. Its processing is fully protected, and no one, including our online store, can access your personal or banking information.
When working with card data, the information protection standard developed by international payment systems Visa and MasterCard – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) – is applied. This ensures secure processing of bank card details. The data transmission technology used guarantees the security of banking transactions through the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks, all of which provide the highest level of protection.
In case of a return, the funds are refunded to the same card used for the payment.
When paying for an order with a bank card, refunds are made to the same card used for the payment.
According to Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days after purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
Only new, unused products without any signs of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, or other damage) can be exchanged or returned.
The product has not been assembled or installed, and its appearance is intact.
The integrity of the product packaging and all components is preserved.
Tags, instructions, and production markings are preserved.
The consumer provides the purchase receipt, specification and/or invoice, and payment receipt confirming the purchase from our online store. To receive a refund, the consumer must return the purchased item, receipt, invoice, contract, and order form.
Products that are on sale, assembled, or damaged after purchase (without packaging/with broken packaging or used) are not eligible for return.
Products that were custom-made or brought under individual orders are not returnable.
Attention! If the product is unique, made to custom sizes and/or in a custom upholstery chosen by the customer, it is classified as part of the list of products that are non-returnable, according to Appendix №3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, №172 (List of quality products that are not subject to exchange (return)).
