Do not neglect to check the appearance of the product packaging. If you used the service of an independent carrier, he must deliver the goods to you undamaged. Remember that acceptance of furniture without indicating defects that could be found during a visual inspection (obvious defects) deprives the buyer of the right to refer to them.
Before starting assembly, check the components for chips, scratches and dents. If a defect is found, notify the complaints department (by phone number specified in the warranty card). For correct assembly, follow the sequence of connecting the product parts and the manufacturer's recommendations.
Save the factory packaging until the end of assembly, since the replacement of defects is carried out if it is available. Keep the warranty card and receipt until the end of the warranty period.
