We form the correct posture in the child

Pay attention! How does your child sit at the desk?

When setting up a workspace for a student, it is important to consider orthopedic requirements for furniture and choose the sizes of the desk and chair according to the child's age. It is clear that the height of the desk for a first-grader will differ significantly from the height of the desk for a senior student.

Desks from different series have different dimensions, mechanisms, and the height adjustment of the desktops, as well as their tilt angles. Each series of adjustable children's desks has several models that differ in design (the color of the desktops and coverings).

We offer only comfortable children's chairs with soft seats and backs, as otherwise, it would be impossible for children to sit for several hours at a stretch. The backs of the chairs have an orthopedic shape (with a lumbar curve), which supports the spine in its natural position and ensures comfort during long periods of sitting. When the child rests their back firmly against the backrest (which is one of the conditions for correct posture), the load is evenly distributed along the entire spine. This prevents the lower back from becoming fatigued, and the strain is not transferred to the thoracic region — this strain is often visible in a hunched back and tense shoulders. The chairs are designed for different age groups, and the seat height and backrest position are additionally adjustable.

If the child is comfortable sitting, problems like "lying" on the desk or pressing the nose into notebooks or the monitor will be immediately resolved. You can easily check the correct posture: a hand should fit between the child's chest and the desk, the distance from the eyes to the book or notebook on the desk should be at least 30 cm, and the optimal reading angle is between 30-60 degrees (bookstands or adjustable desk angles can assist with this).

A clear diagram of correct posture at the desk will help ensure that all hygiene requirements for the young spine, hands, and legs are followed. Such care for posture will help prevent many health problems in the future.
